Jowar Cake Recipe

  • First of all, in a big bowl, sift jowar flour and cocoa powder with the help of a sieve.
  • Mix curd, milk, jaggery, and butter well in a bowl.
  • Add a little vanilla essence to the mixture of milk, curd, and jaggery and whisk.
  • Now add this mixture to the mixture of jowar flour and cocoa powder.
  • You have to mix this mixture until a good and thick solution is prepared.
